Kathy Lynn Brown is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. Her health and wellness career began eight years ago and she has since helped many individuals, both men and women of all ages, reach their fitness and lifestyle goals

She has competed extensively in a variety of endurance sports.  In 1997 she set the goal of running a 5k race. This goal led to may others; 10k races, 1/2 marathons, marathons, triathlons (including an Ironman in April 2008) and adventure races. Her steady yoga practice throughout these years has helped her remain flexible and injury free as well as improve her sense of peace and well being.

Kathy Lynn provides a very effective  Personal Training program, targeting the fitness and nutritional needs specific to each individual.   Her workouts will inspire, motivate and get results!

Lynn is a trainer who practices what she preaches.  She has a direct and balanced approach that boils down to healthy eating and regular exercise.  Lynn helped me to understand food and the role it plays for my body.  Food diaries that document food quantity and quality were crucial to my weight loss.  Though I had kept food diaries in the past, Lynn was able to focus my direction and critique my habits, which delivered results.  Keeping a workout log was also critical to achieve my goals.  Though I was working out quite a bit Lynn targeted the fact that I was not getting enough cardio exercise.  Her knowledge and professionalism was pivotal to structuring a plan that would help me achieve my goals.  Lynn is attentive to my needs and personal style.  When she noticed I was bored lifting weights in the gym she took me outside to the track and ran me through boot camp sessions.  I love these boot camp sessions!  It’s been a great experience working with Lynn."                         Heidi
